Hi, I’m Tony, the founder of Locker Room Memorabilia.
Locker Room began at a point when I realised I was tired of putting all my energy into building someone else’s dream. I kept coming back to a simple idea: if you’re not building your own dream, you’re helping build someone else’s. I decided it was time to follow my own passion and create something I genuinely cared about.
A lifelong love of the game
Basketball has been part of my life since I was around ten years old. Growing up in Australia during the 1990s, following the NBA wasn’t as easy as it is today. We had a half-hour program each weekend that recapped the week—and for a young basketball fan, that small window into the NBA meant everything.
As the game became more accessible in Australia, my connection to it only grew. I played basketball, followed the players and teams, and became fascinated by the moments, careers and stories that make sport memorable.
My interest in the NFL came later, but it quickly developed into another genuine passion. Locker Room Memorabilia begins with basketball and football, but the idea behind it reaches across sport: helping collectors own something that connects them to the players and moments they remember.
Why Locker Room Memorabilia exists
Collecting signed memorabilia should be exciting, but it can also be confusing—particularly for people who are new to the hobby. Authentication, certification numbers, custom jerseys, licensed jerseys and different types of paperwork can make it difficult to know exactly what you are buying.
I wanted to build a store that makes those details clear.
Every signed item is individually listed with detailed photographs and transparent information about the item, its authentication and any accompanying documentation. If a jersey is custom, we say so. If it is officially licensed, we identify it. If a certification number can be verified online, we provide the information needed to check it.
The goal is simple: to offer memorabilia that collectors can feel confident buying, displaying and sharing.
Built by a collector, for collectors
Locker Room Memorabilia is not about treating signed items like interchangeable stock. Every signature represents a player, a career and a story—and every collector has their own reason for choosing the piece that means something to them.
Whether you have been collecting for years or you are looking for your first signed item, I want Locker Room to feel welcoming, straightforward and trustworthy.
The vision ahead
Locker Room is beginning online, but the long-term vision is bigger: pop-up experiences, quality display and framing options, and eventually a physical space where collectors can see the memorabilia in person and enjoy the hobby together.
That vision will be built carefully, one genuine piece and one collector at a time.
Welcome to Locker Room Memorabilia.
